The price you see on move-in day is the price you keep.

Most assisted living providers charge by "care levels" or "care points," so the bill rises every time your parent needs a little more help. We don't do that.

Your monthly rate at Orchard Hills covers the apartment, all meals and snacks, personal care assistance, nursing services, medication administration, housekeeping, laundry and maintenance. Whether your loved one needs stand-by assistance or hands-on help with everything, the rate stays the same.

A Community-Based Residential Facility is Wisconsin's licensed middle ground between living alone and a nursing home. CBRFs like Orchard Hills provide a home-like setting with personalized help, held to strict state standards for safety, staffing and quality of care.

Orchard Hills is a good fit for seniors who need daily assistance, medication supervision or reassurance that help is always close, but who don't need round-the-clock skilled nursing. How much does Orchard Hills cost?

We charge one all-inclusive monthly rate covering the apartment, meals, personal care, nursing, medications administration, housekeeping and laundry. There are no care levels or care points that add fees over time. Contact us or view our current rates sheet for the exact figure.

Is there a nurse on-site?

Yes. A Registered Nurse is on-site full-time Monday through Friday and available by phone to our resident assistants 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

What if my parent's needs increase?

Your monthly rate stays the same as care needs grow. If skilled nursing or rehabilitation is ever required, Dove Healthcare West Eau Claire is located right next door.

Do you offer short-term or respite stays?

Yes. Short stays include a fully furnished apartment and every assisted living service. They're ideal for caregiver breaks, post-hospital recovery or trying assisted living before committing.

Can residents see a doctor without leaving?

Residents can elect to use our on-site nurse practitioner service, covered by insurance or Medicare the same as a clinic visit. Lab draws and mobile x-rays are also available on-site.
